WHERE CAN I LEARN MORE ABOUT MY WARRANTY?
The LarMar® International Warranty is a 2-years. Your LarMar® jewellery is guaranteed against any manufacturing defect for a period of twenty-four (24) months from the date of purchase (the “Warranty Period”) subject to the following conditions.
If your jewel is returned during the Warranty Period, any component found by our technical services to be defective as a result of a manufacturing defect will be, at LarMar®’s sole discretion, repaired or replaced free of charge. Upon expiration of the Warranty Period, any services or repairs will be subject to a service charge.
Your LarMar® International Warranty does not cover, notably:
- defects and damages resulting from misuse or negligence, or from accident
- natural wear of LarMar® jewel
- damage due to improper care of LarMar® jewel, such as damage by chemical products (perfumes, hair spray, human sweat, heat…)
- mechanical damage (scratches, breakage, tearing, impact on a hard surface, bending, improper storage,…)

HOW MUCH DO REPAIR SERVICES COST?
Repair services have different costs depending on the product and the service.
Here are some cost estimates for our main services:- Cord replacement: 20 eur
- Complet care (polishing, cleaning, cord replacement): 120 eur

HOW DO I REPORT A SUSPECTED COUNTERFEIT?

HOW CAN I MAINTAIN MY LarMar™ JEWEL?
Follow these simple tips and you will keep your LarMar® jewel in original condition:
- You can soak it regularly for a few minutes at a time in warm soapy water (using only soap with a neutral pH).
- Gently brush it with a very soft toothbrush ( except for the cord) and then rinse it carefully in warm water.
- Finally, dry and buff the LarMar® jewel with a soft cloth, chamois leather or clean microfibre tissue.

WHAT SERVICES DOES LarMar® PROPOSE TO TAKE CARE OF MY JEWELLERY?
Because it is precious, your LarMar®jewellery creation deserves our full attention. LarMar® offers the following services to allow you to take the greatest care of your LarMar® jewel:
- Maintain (cleaning, shining, replacing cords)
- Adjust (sizing of LarMar® bracelet)

DO I NEED TO HAVE MY LarMar® JEWEL POLISHED REGULARLY?
For the most of jewellery, polishing makes it possible to remove or reduce scratching on gold surfaces.
However, due to the fact that polishing involves the removal of a fine layer of gold, we do not recommend polishing your LarMar® jewel more than twice in the lifetime of LarMar® jewel.
Check beforehand with our LarMar® Customer Care that your model can be polished. -
HOW CAN I AVOID DAMAGING MY LarMar® JEWEL?
Avoid the contact with chemical products such as perfumes, lacquers, dyes and cleaning products, among others.
Avoid exposing your LarMar® jewel to sweat as this can affect the integrity of you jewel in the long therm.
Avoid direct contact with hard materials that could scratch or otherwise damage the LarMar® jewel.
Although LarMar® jewel can get wet, as far as possible avoid direct contact with water for long period of time, especially water treated with chlorine or salt.
Do not expose your jewel to very high or extreme temperatures or long exposure to the sun.
LarMar® jewel are unique and special, so we recommended to store it individually in their original box or in a special jewelry box, avoiding possible rubbing with other jewelry
products or objects.Do not store your LarMar® jewel in a very humid place or in a place with high temperatures and avoid the continued exposure to direct sunlight.
It is also recommended to remove your LarMar® jewel before going to sleep or doing physical activities, as well as showering with them.
The color can change slightly with time and weather conditions (humidity, heat, …)
We recommend that you protect your LarMar® jewel from impact and avoid contact with water and abrasive products.
