    Delivery lead times and fees depend on your delivery address. Usual delivery is within 3-4 working days.
    Please note that this is an estimate and not a guarantee. Please note that personalisation services will require an additional lead-time.

  • WHERE DOES LarMar® DELIVER TO?

    LarMar® offers secure complimentary shipping within Europe and America.

    LarMar® does not deliver to P.O. Boxes.
    If you would like to ship to another country/region, please contact LarMar® Customer Care.

    LarMar® is not responsible for additional customs fees and duties.

  • WHAT DELIVERY ADDRESS MAY I USE?

    You may use any residential or workplace address where the carrier can hand over the parcel personally. This does not include a military address, certain restricted areas, pick-up points, or P.O. boxes.

  • CAN I SHIP MY ORDER TO MULTIPLE ADDRESSES IF I PURCHASE SEVERAL PRODUCTS?

    We are unable to ship a single order to multiple addresses. If you are ordering more than one item, we suggest you place a separate order for each purchase.

  • HOW CAN I RETURN OR EXCHANGE AN ITEM?

    Returns and Exchanges can be requested through our LarMar® Customer Care within 30 days of delivery. We will issue a Return Authorization Number.
    Please note that upon receipt of the return authorization number you have 14 days to exchange or return your LarMar® jewel in a new and unused state, in perfect
    condition, in its original packaging, along with all accessories and documents that were delivered in the original package. Please also enclose a copy of the packing list or invoice as well as the completed return form.
    In case of exchange, the returned jewel will pass a mandatory Quality control before we can send you the replacing jewel.

  • WHAT ARE THE CONDITIONS FOR EXCHANGES AND RETURNS?

    The return or exchange process must be initiated within 30 days of receiving your LarMar® jewel.
    It is not possible to return or exchange creations that have been engraved, modified or personalised in any way.
    LarMar® will not accept a return if the jewel shows signs of wear, has been used or has been altered from its original condition in any way.

  • HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE FOR A REFUND TO BE ISSUED?

    It may take up to 10 working days for you to receive the refund on your bank account/credit card.
    Please note that all returned jewels will pass a mandatory Quality control, after which you will get notified if your return is accepted.
    The refund will then be effective within 10 working days depending on your original mode of payment.
